John Flato, President
John has more than 25 years experience in the University Relations industry. He is extremely well networked having consulted with over 60 employers on all facets of their college recruiting program.
He has led the campus recruiting department for Ernst & Young and Capgemini (purchased E&Y Consulting), CIGNA, and AlliedSignal (Honeywell). He and also served as the Career Management Director for the Georgetown MBA program
jeff goodman, Managing partner
Jeff has over 30 years experience in talent acquisition & development. He led enterprise-wide university programs organizations for Raytheon Company and Texas Instruments. Most recently, he developed Professional Standards for University Relations and Recruiting, and Competencies for URR Professionals for NACE.
Jeff is a certified human capital strategist who helps university relations and recruiting functions create stakeholder buy-in and become better recognized as strategic business partners.
Ankita sanchetti, principal
Ankita brings to Campus Strategic Partners a data based approach to building the Employer Brand. She leads Employer Branding discussions, helping local and global employers understand, attract and assess talent and develop Employer Value Propositions based on external and internal research practices. She has led Employer Branding projects for organizations like Procter & Gamble, ADP, Colgate and ExxonMobil.
She has also led strategic campus recruitment and engagement projects with GE, Goldman Sachs and Johnson & Johnson.

With a background in recruiting and developing talent, Alina has managed campus recruiting programs in both the private and public sector in financial services. Most recently she was the Head of Campus Recruiting Strategy and Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, holding various roles in campus recruiting and analyst program management. She was instrumental in helping shape the strategies and execution of the hiring and development of entry level talent in the Investment Bank and in Asset Management. Alina’s expertise lies in campus recruiting and internship programs. She consults with clients on effective campus recruiting solutions, including on-campus hiring, internship and full-time program design and management.
Ralph's over 25 years of experience in the college recruiting space includes extensive experience directing a nationally recognized career services office at Georgia Tech, managing IBM's high volume college recruitment program in the US, and implementing recruitment technology on college campuses nationwide. His background makes him uniquely qualified to consult and engage with career centers seeking to improve/innovate service and assessment practices, as well as, contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives for employers seeking to establish or improve their campus recruitment programs.
Bill has over 20+ years experience in talent acquisition as global recruiting lead at Accenture and UBS across 50+ countries. He drove the talent acquisition strategy for sustained competitive advantage and oversaw operational delivery of recruitment services/candidate hiring across global, national and local markets/industry groups for all hires. Bill built global recruiting teams, introduced consistent processes, and developed successful strategies with local/market anchor tied to business needs.
Steve has over 35 years of cross-functional and cross-business experience with GE. He was the leader of Global University Recruiting (undergrad, MBA) & U.S. military recruiting for 15 years and held prior leadership roles in Marketing, Sales, I.T. Program Management and Operations. Steve has extensive experience in employment branding, intern/co-op programs, recruiting metrics, school selection/relationship management, and Leadership Development Programs.
Julia has 10 years of experience developing and managing campus recruiting programs across a variety of industries including: consulting, consumer packaged goods, and technology companies. As a member of the campus recruiting team at a large consulting firm, Julia led advanced degree recruiting for the Boston office and campus health care recruiting nationally. While working for one of the fastest growing CPG companies, Julia spent two highly-caffeinated years building the campus recruiting program to hire MBA Interns, undergraduate interns, and Co-ops.
